Job Description:
- Responsible for sales of the Company\\\\\\\'s Underwritten Projects in plotted, residential & commercial sector and achieve sales / revenue targets
- Follow-up with leads provided by firms through various campaigns
- Generate referrals from existing clients
- Identify sales prospects, conduct initial client meeting, site visits and final closure
- Manage customer s through various stages of buying and ensure service delivery till possession using available firm resources
- Maintain customer relation and develop business continuity
Skill Set Required:
- Good Communication skills
- Candidates with exposure in handling Clients.
- Ability to manages sales targets by showing attitude to work hard, smart and under pressure
- Relevant experience & knowledge of local market (desirable but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in teams and desire to learn, grow & adapt to a fast paced environment

B.Tech/B.E., BCA
