Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Engage with customers, understand their needs, and assist them in finding suitable products/services.
•Helping senior BDEs with their sales closures and building strong customer relationships on behalf of them to encourage repeat business.
•Develop a good understanding of our offerings to address customer queries effectively.
•Suggest additional products/services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
•Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
•Provide sales reports and stay updated on industry trends.
•Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
•Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Skill Set Required:
•Preferably 0-1 year of sales
