Job Description :
-Handle retail enquiries. (Web, Calls, email, walk-ins)
-Handle corporate enquiries (Fees, course details, Schedule, Vendor registration formalities proposal submission.. follow up till closure.. etc.. )
-Explore new segments for lead generation (Cross Selling, Referral selling)
-Scheduling trainings batches in major cities (Manage trainer’s calendar)
-Interlock with BD team for monthly and batch specific campaigns
-Achieve monthly, quarterly , annual targets / quotas
-Keep abreast on technology trends in India, worldwide in the areas of our focus ( Cloud, Big data , security)
-Keep abreast on competition (offers, deliverables, trainers, Fees etc.)
-Provide inputs to management in improving overall students experience
-Creating aggressive campaigns on social media for visibility and user acquisition.
-Pitching the service offering to media channels for a remarkable coverage - Write extraordinarily creative posts, that get people talking, but still fall within brand voice, objectives and strategy.
-Write highly engaging posts in order to increase responses and consumer generated content for the product.
-Develop targeted experiments that help learn what works well, what does not work well, and how to improve social strategies.

Skills Set Required :
-Strong communication, written and verbal skills
-Basic knowledge of IT. However, we can upskill the person with proper training.
-Willing to learn new technologies in Cloud and Big Data
-Very good presentation Skills
-Good negotiation skills
-Knowledge about building proposals for corporate training
-Willing to work in pressure with monthly /quarterly targets
