- Establish contacts with clients via telephone calls or emails
- Understanding and evaluating customer needs
- Presenting the service favourably and in a structured professional way
- Maintaining and developing long term relationships with clients
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing Organizational Standards
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Goal Oriented profile
- Responsible for Business Development through acquisition and retention of clients
- Back office sales. (No field work)

Skill Set Required:
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Command over English speaking
- Excellent at Client Handling & Servicing
- Knowledge of technical languages and process is an added advantage
