Addysan Innovation is an IT consulting and implementation firm. We work with start-ups and provide end-to-end IT consultancy services. We suggest ways to improve online businesses, retain customers and increase the number of customers. We also suggest the best software architecture and robust IT solutions. Apart from consultancy, some of our services include developing portals, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, and big data analytics.

Job Location: Noida

Desired Experience: 1-3 Years

Course Specialization: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA/MBA

Batch pass out: 2016-2018

Probation/Training Period: 6 Months with one year bond

Salary: INR 1 LPA - INR 4 LPA with 25% sales & performance bonus
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond: 1 Years

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending
solutions
- Following up with new business opportunities and setting up the meetings and turning them to contract
- Identify new organizations and companies as clients and strategic partners and get them on boarded .
- Manage quarterly/half yearly/yearly revenue and business targets set by company .
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new opportunities that meet client needs.
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team.
- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
- Supporting and leading various marketing activities(digital and all other marketing challenges) from time to time
- Prepare promotional presentations and digital marketing ads
- Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social
media, and develop new methods of marketing
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing companies.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Proficient in planning ,coordination and negotiation Skill
- Go on field and connect with clients .

Key Requirements:
- Achieve revenue Targets
- Maintaining customer satisfaction quotient, Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information,
and guidance
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Invest time and groom self for the upcoming new technology
- Familiarity with software applications & technical platforms
- Gather and prepare Business Requirement documents and Response for proposals
- Design and promote digital promotional content on social media platforms. Familiarity with Add campaign
management for different platforms like Linkedin, Facebook ,twitter, Instagram , Google Add words etc
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills .
- Must have a passion for sales and marketing .
- Understanding business requirement and aligning with IT solution
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
