- The Sales Manager is responsible to Sales of Video Conferencing Products and Solutions.
- Achieves assigned sales Target
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Completes strategic customer account plans and upload the same on Sales CRM & review these on regular basis.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for both short term as well as long term plan.
- Responsible for building a rolling pipeline (3 x quotas).
- Responsible for accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- Maintain and update SFDC on Daily basis.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Capture customer’s business requirements and articulate our competitive positioning.
Skill Set Required:

- Ability to work with all levels of individuals
- Proven track record of quota over-achievement
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Dynamic presenter with the ability to translate technical thoughts to everyday language
