A Ruby on Rails Developer should have:

-A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, software

 design and database systems.

-Should have experience in developing applications with Ruby on Rails framework.

-Should have experience in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS &

-Should be comfortable with the linux operating system and bash scripting
