Job Location: Bangalore

Salary: INR 5 – 10 LPA

Job Description:
As RSA SecurID Administrator work with Help Desk and IT 3rd level Support Staff to securely utilize RSA SecurID for PCI Compliance purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

-100% completion of RSA Token Refresh of approximately 5000 end users (partial migration to soft token solutions for 1/4 of the total end-user base of 10,000)
-Create then actioned deployment strategy utilizing company BES to provide RSA software to over 2400 blackberry end users.
-Managing the RSA Authentication Manager database and common configurations – including RSA Authentication Agent configurations
-Supporting RSA SecurID users through troubleshooting specific high-level access issues
-Detailed documentation and training provided to 3rd level support techs for dissemination to Level 1 & 2 Help Desk associates.
-Assist in performing routine server maintenance to assure service availability
-Successfully manage through completion complex project plans to provide 2-Factor Authentication using RSA to multiple business units

Skill Set Required:
-Experience in networking and related field (i.e. Security Administration, Information Security, etc.) OR 3-5 years in related field if candidate has an advanced degree
-4+ years of direct technical information security experience
-Excellent knowledge of networking and information security industry trends including emerging technologies and large scale network troubleshooting
-Strong knowledge of security technologies in areas such as firewalls, networking, IPS, and encryption (i.e. Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, Linux, TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, encryption techniques, RSA SecurID, and Safe-Net products)
-Strong analytical skills
-Experience in telecommunications industry
