Salary Details: 

- During Probation: INR 20,000 per month

- Post Probation: INR 3 LPA to INR 4 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance & experience during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:

We are looking for Research/ Operations Associates to join our team of educational consultants at the Admissions Consulting Services. This team is responsible for helping aspiring graduate students develop the most compelling applications for global postgraduate programs. The Research Associates assist the team by conducting in-depth research into the profiles and programs to ensure that correct guidance is provided to the student.

The primary responsibilities involve:

The Research Associate will be responsible for the application process for scores of applicants.

Job Functions:

- Research, Editing, Consulting,Operations

- Understanding an applicant’s background, conducting online research and suggesting programs/Universities relevant to the applicant’s strengths and goals

- Reviewing all written application materials, including but not limited to essays, application forms, and resumes to ensure consistency and proof reading to ensure effective presentation

- Motivating applicants through a demanding, prolonged application process

- Communicating continuously with sales team and core services team to ensure prompt service

- Communicating with Clients on day-to-day basis. Keeping clients informed about the processes of admissions.

Skill Required:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to take charge and be a proactive team player

- Workable skills around MS Office and Google Drive

- Ability to research for reliable information across multiple sources

Work Timings:

- 6 days a week and 9 hours a day (9am to 6pm/10am to 7pm /11am to 8pm)

- Working on Saturday and Sunday's is mandatory (No exception for this), every Tuesday will be declared as week off.
