Job Description:
- This is an entry level role and full training and support will be provided for you to begin a career in research.
- We are looking for somebody who has a learning attitude to learn and implement new things and own their own professional development.

- We encourage recent graduates with sharp attitude for data analysis to apply.

While the role will evolve as you progress in your journey. However, here is a brief synopsis of what’s expected:
- Work as a team to project manager and deliver the operational aspects of the end-to-end research process
- Research and questionnaire design - translating client briefs into research questions that uphold the principles of accuracy, clarity and impartiality
- Survey scripting and checking - creating online client questionnaires and using a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection
- Survey fieldwork monitoring - ensuring that timeframes are followed and client deadlines are met
- Data analysis - using Excel and our platform. Creating and applying statistical weights etc.
- Checking of data deliverables - working with in-house data visualisation tools to display data in engaging and informative ways
- Writing reports for either client or internal publication
- There are also opportunities for suitable candidates to be involved in qualitative research including depth interviews and workshops

Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification – Bachelor’s degree or higher including extensive experience of working with complex data and statistics e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, Political Sciences etc.
- Excellent team work and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and comfort with strict deadlines
- MS Office skills including full working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluency in English, with excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills
- Existing market or social research work experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential
- Work or academic experience of using research tools such as Tableau, SPSS or Q is preferred
