Job Description:

-The relationship officer is responsible for all branch level activities of Samunnati and will handle all activities of the branch (Customer acquisition - offering products and services - maintaining relationship with customers in the service area). The position will report to the branch manager and will be accountable for 1-3 villages under the branch\'s service area.

Skill Set Required:

-Good Communication Skills (for customer interaction & local language)

-Customer service orientation

-Passion to serve in the rural space
