Desired Experience: 0-3 years

Target Batch Passout: 2013-2017

Salary: INR 1.5 LPA to INR 2 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Fix meetings with the prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
-Implement and adhere to Need Based Selling Model.
- Sell to Bank of Maharashtra customer from the customer Base allocated/generated/Walk in etc.
- Ensuring timely issuance of policies by resolving pending etc.
- Render prompt post sales service to all allocated customers with respect to all domains
- Adhere to the customer touch-point engagement in order to service his portfolio of customers.
- Maintaining the desired persistency ratio
- Strategize and interact closely with the Activizor on delivering on Business nos.
- Work collectively with the Activizor and conduct joint sales calls whenever required
- To develop and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sales targets
- Customer orientation & reporting/ (MIS)
- Adhere to Activity management framework advised – CRP INDI.
- Follow up on their database / leads provided by Lead Management System (Campaign based leads)
-Update the Field mobile App (CRP INDI- Field Sense) on a daily basis.
-Adhering to the Training Road map.
-Providing timely reports to the Area manager as per the requirement.
-Ensuring compliance to internal sales process
- Should ensure adherence to RNLIC policies and procedures.
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by
- Executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and
process changes.
-Good command on English and knowledge of local language must.
-Should be comfortable using mobile app for reporting purpose
-Technical Products expertise
- Insurance industry awareness
- Objection handling skills
- Effective presentation skills
