Work experience in any customer centric roles, preferably in IT sales or any telemarketing will be preferred

Salary: INR 2 LPA to INR 3.6 LPA

Job Description:

- Ensure smooth sales transactions by acting as the bridge between the customers and the on-field sales team

- Take ownership of the entire sales scheduling process, from interaction with the customer to ensuring best service to the customer

- Adapt to new customer situations seamlessly and anticipate new kinds of queries from the customer to improve the processes

- Proactively follow up with the leads, and set up new transactions

Skill Set Required:

- Excellent communication skills: super fluent in English and Kannada/Telugu

- Excellent comprehension: Listen - Understand - Analyse - Respond

- Work in fast paced environment, organized, must be able to work flexible hours

- Good typing skills and working computer knowledge

- Aptitude for numbers, attention to detail, follow-up skills

- Must be passionate about the job, willing to put in extra effort whenever required

- Self motivator, problem solving, handle multiple tasks
