- Responsible for advising DEMAT &Trading A/c opening process
- Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling Mutual Funds/ Equity
- All given targets in the month for account opening and funding on the same
- To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
- To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
- To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
