BIZKNOWMICS is started in mid 2015 with a brilliant vision backed up with vast experience.We have turned our vision to reality with our company which is now a solution provider that takes care of problems that range from tele-face fundraising to donor retention to setting up an in-house operation for different NGOs. Our headquarters are located in Chennai. Our company is focussed on providing customized solutions to specific problem areas and making the process of fundraising seamless. We are currently expanding our fundraising systems and strategies and are looking for a competent and enthusiastic individuals to help us ensure our long-term sustainability.

Desired Experience: 0-1 years

Course Specialization: Any Graduates/Post Graduates

Training Period: 3 Months

Target Batch Passout: 2018-2019

Salary: Up to INR 2.4 LPA
Relationship Executive:-
            Traning Period Salary: INR 1.44 LPA - INR 1.8 LPA
            Post Internship Salary: INR 2.16 LPA – INR 2.4 LPA

Business Development Executive:-
           Training Period - INR 10000- INR 12000 per month
           After Training - INR 1.8 LPA - INR 2.16 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
Relationship Executive:-
-Deliver organization details in order to persuade potential customers to make a donation.
-Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to request donations for charitable causes.
-Explain about clients and answer questions from customers.
-Obtain customer information such as name, address, and fix appointments.
-Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
-Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial donor contacts.

Business Development Executive:-
Job Description:

-Build on relationships with existing trust supporters..
-Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc.
-Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths,
-weaknesses and areas for development.
-Maintain organised hard and soft files of all fundraising information.
-Participate in the day to day work of the organisation – such as reporting, attending team and Board
-Meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
-Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role.

Skills and Competencies:
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure.
-Ability to understand and generate budgets.
-Ability to plan ahead and work within agreed timeframes
-Ability and willingness to travel for work
-Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
