Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Source for talents via CV search in relevant job portals, references and employment agencies. Place advertisement in the approved media. This includes dealing with advertising and online portals.
-Screen all applications and forward shortlisted candidates to the Business Owner.
-Arrange for interviews and conduct reference checks.
-Communicate to candidates on status of interviews.
-Assist in liaising with varsities and event organizers to ensure successful participation in career fairs/talks.
-Ensure effective and efficient deployment/placement of all new staffs. This includes communication with the immediate superiors/project managers.
-May be required to assist in interacting with search consultants, varsities and career fair organizers.
