Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Experience or Knowledge may include recruiting for Software, QA or any technology
  • Prior experience in technology staffing or consulting is desired
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
  • Team player (we work close with each other to help get the work covered)
  • Independent and motivated without much supervision
  • Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented
  • Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools
  • Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology)
  • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
  • Should come up with innovative and smart ways of doing work, without compromising on quality
  • Actively responsible for the up-skilled training of the reporting team members
