End to End RECT (with numbers & deadline).

Sourcing,Screening,Grooming cand.for final Interview, Int.co-ordination, Salary negotiation, Offering, Joining.

Ability to source via various means.

Effective Convincing & negotiation skills to attract best talent.

Strong follow-up skills till cand.joins.

Ability to Multi-Task & prioritize requirements,Hardworking, Active.
