Job Description and Skill Set Required:
i- Front office executive as a role with the following attributes-
a- Competencies- high emotional resilience, agile, tempted interpersonal skills, balanced trait with strategic thoughts to manage pre emptive events involving office management esteemed to proper guest reception, transferring calls to the officials implied for, managing EPABX nos., handling housekeeping staff to conduce a clean environment, managing peons for tea, water, etc., with maintenance of dash boards kept for the same purposes.
b- A matured trait with an awesome look, bold but a pageantic personality will fit the bill.
c- Academics- a grad with a seasoned and trained individual groomed from the Aviation segments will be an add on but not a mandate.
