Job Description and responsibities:
-You will be on the field for the second half of the day the first 6 – 10 weeks from Monday thru Friday meeting with developers & landlords. This will be your training period where you will be learning about commercial real estate in the field and in the office. After this, you will then be moved the Real Estate Advisor Role.
-You will be working closely with the advising team.
-You will be marketing Jagaha to landlords & builders
-Providing relevant information to the clients to enable them to take accurate decisions.
-Providing consulting services to those looking to buy and/or rent restaurant space, shops, showrooms, office space or even entire commercial buildings
-Handholding the client till the conclusion of transaction.
-Building relationship and winning the trust of the customers while promoting Jagaha
-Providing excellent service to clients.
-You may be asked to work on business development projects for the firm
-Your daily & weekly goal will be to close deals.
