Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Client Co-ordination.
- Understanding the Assignment at backend level.
- Initiation of the case to the Field staff by briefing them about the case.
- Collection of the Final report from investigators/associates.
- Check for points, not covered by the investigator during investigation
- Analyzing and compilation of the report submitted by Field staff’s
- Quality check the report before final submission
- Export report, original hard copies, proofs collected during investigation within 2 days of report sent.
- Share Dashboards (weekly status) with clients
- Raise invoices for completed assignments
- Follow-up for the payments with clients
- Maintain and send weekly MIS to the management.
- Chase clients for new cases.
- Create associates at every location.
 
Skill Set Required :
- Proactive, analytical, dynamic, mature and result-oriented
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills General office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidate must have experience in Risk Control
