About The Company: Niru Press Components was established as a proprietary industries in the year 1997 as a small scale industry, the aim is to maintain the NPC and its products to be in the elevation of International Standards. They are privileged to introduce ourselves as one of the leading Automobile and Electrical industry (Stamping Components) as an ISO certified industries in Chennai for the past (19) years. We are tire two suppliers for OEM like Honda, Hero, TVS, Yamaha etc., they are the makers of all type of critical pressed & machined components.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
- Candidate must involve in Manufacturing and assembly of jigs and fixtures, press tools, gauges and moulds.
- Maintenance of jigs and fixtures , press tools and moulds.
- Trouble shooting and try-out of press tools and moulds.
- Preparation of Process plans for manufacturing the above tools and ensuring the timely completing of the same to carry out tool trials to ensure that the customer requirements of the components are met and to carry out necessary correction if required.
- Maintenance of tooling, Interpretation of design, Electrode planning.
- Quality control, Drafting/detailing relevant to machining, co-ordinating machine shop activities.
- Maintaining the tool records like History cards, Preventive maintenance

Skill Set Required:
- Should have good knowledge of various tools used in manufacturing industry.
-  Knowledge of die makers and fixture design tools shall be prefered.

- HR Round(Face to Face)
