Job Description and Skill Set Required:
Operations:
- Ensuring the tracking of the discussion and the implementation of points from Sales and Ops Call with 90% accuracy and adherence.
- Engagement for Software & Interiors, responsibilities would include – Invoicing & collections for software and interiors, new order collections for software, client relationship management for overall engagement
- Responsibilities include – Client relationship management for execution of the deliverables; Interface between Development team and Client
- Generation of invoices – update on Slate, AR sheet, Invoice drive for financial records,
- Maintaining projects on Accounting Systems – Contracts, Invoicing, Payments receivables, Vendor POS & booking of invoices
- Signed contracts and other required trackers
Quality:
- Review of all Software deliveries
- Functional level testing and checking it against the scope of work as mentioned in the proposal
- Content review will be done by respective Dev. Lead
- TAT expectation (will be expected to sync up with Delivery team for any urgent testing requirements beyond normal working hours / on holidays)
