Studying and analyzing customer service standards and expectations
across sectors
Designing and execution surveys/checklist for audits
Auditor Recruitments across age groups and profile
Researching on new methods to train auditors
Developing monthly strategies for clients
Liaising with clients on regular basis, comprehending and catering to their
requirements
Selecting auditors and allotting assignments on basis of client
requirements
Proof reading reports for optimization
Making insightful monthly presentations to give gist of findings
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
Excellent command of the English language
