Job Description:
-Maintaining the quality of services in pathology labs.
-Attending to customer complaints.
-Doing regular visits in labs.
-Maintaining the common quality parameters to be followed in Franchise operations.
-Creating customer satisfaction tools to ensure best in class customer delivery.
-Ensuring least customer complaints and deviations from quality standards.
