Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous improvement with established standards: Develops and analyzes statistical data to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of errands submitted by agents.
-Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives in cooperation with other Floor Managers to minimize TAT with highest quality and flaw less delivery to concerned clients. Reviews and verifies all the tasks before final submission for validity and accuracy.
-Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
-Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
-Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
-Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
-Analyzes the nature and cause of errors to identify areas needing improvement in the department’s processes and systems for determining eligibility.
-Reviews, analyzes, and resolves contested case reports.
-Uses developed techniques to elicit cooperation and participation in potentially volatile situations.
-Refers suspected flawed cases for review and investigation.
-Serves as a liaison with staff and management concerning error trends and problem areas.
-PC proficiency is essential and strong working knowledge of accounting software packages and Excel is preferred.
-Candidate should be comfortable working in night shift.
-Candidate need to stick to organization at-least for an year.
-Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
-Excellent level of knowledge/expertise with PC, Internet Research and software (Word and Excel).
-Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and conduct correspondence.
-Ability to analyze and evaluate a variety of information.
-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures for quality control review.
