Salary: For Stipend: INR 18,000 per month
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:
- Looking for a self-driven person with inclination towards Quality Assurance (Testing).
- The candidate would be hired as a trainee and be on probation for 6 or more months.
- On completion of Probation, the candidate shall get into Quality Assurance team
- This position requires basic knowledge on Software QA.
- Further it requires good multitasking and communication (written and oral) skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement well-structured test plans, create and execute test cases, report defects and verify the resolved defects while being involved in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, performance, automation testing.
- Work with QA team, software development team and business analysis team to test, assure and deliver end-to-end quality in the product and customer experience.
- Going the extra mile to ensure the work is completed on time with the desired quality.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify and learn system requirements.
- Ensure on-time delivery of assigned deliverables with quality and send test results, testing metrics and status reports on regular basis to stakeholders.
- Knowledge on Open-source Testing tools will be an advantage.
- Plan and perform periodic full or partial regression testing.
- Monitor debugging process results from various logs, Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

Qualifications:
- 3 or 4-year college degree (preferably computer software related)(required)
- Knowledge on SDLC would be preferred.
- Any QA certification will be an added advantage.
- Aptitude and ability to learn a new cloud-based Software product.
- Hard working and the ability to go extra miles to get the tasks done.
