Course Specialization: B.Pharma in Pharmacy, M.Pharma in Pharmacy
Desired Experience: 3 - 5 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
To visit factories & monitor raw material, packing material and finished product quality conformance.
To prepare and review of Standard Operating Procedures, and review of Specifications and test methods of product, RM,PM.
To maintain all records related to Product quality and ensure zero customer grievances with respect to FG product quality.
To ensure Product quality and adherence to quality system to meet applicable International standards.
Audit readiness and handling audits.
Approving the ongoing vendor assessment.
To Initiate & Follow up of the corrective actions related to Quality Assurance.
Follow through with conditioning and production locations on items falling out of specification (all nonconforming product).
Work with the support Manufacturers for all QA-related items ,including approvals before dispatch of finished products.
Prepare Specifications for each item to be procured ,including coding.
Review of registration dossiers for Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical products.
Development and checking of Artwork and Designing of Labels/ Foils/ Cartons/ Inserts.
Organize process validation/ testing method validation.
Arrangement of preclinical and Clinical Trials.
Co-ordination with regulatory affairs department for review and approval of change control documents related to facility, process, equipment related to product manufacturing.
Having knowledge of working in ERP Software.
