About The Company: The group of Bajaji companies are situated at Pune, & Coimbatore. Primarily ,they are in the business of high precision machining capabilities catering to Petro chemical & Gas industries for flow control of international standards with an Annual turnover of Rs 30 Crores (US $ 6 millions ) .They are also exporting our products to USA,UAE etc. which constitutes Rs. 5 Crores(US $ 1.2 millions).

Tentative Date Of Joining: Immediate

Job Description: 

Organize material testing for new Raw material(Test peace,Chemical,UT,Mechanical,Hardness).

Raw material entries in MTC register.

Analysis report for acceptance & clear GRN for further processing.

NC generation for material having deviation inform to purchase for necessary action.

MTC preparation, PGF formation, scanning report & upload ASN same day for dispatch.

Proper filing of quality document & record especially for material.

Awareness of standard related to testing.

Understanding of ASTM, ASME, NACE & customer technical specifications.

Sound knowledge to review the MILL TC, Lab test certificates.

Knowledge to handle TPI,EN-10204-3.2 & EN-10204-3.2 certificates.

Skills Required: Quality Assurance,HT,UT,PMI,LAB Test Certificate,ASTM,ASME,NACE.

Interview Process: HR and Technical Interview.
