Job Title: Quality Assurance Developer

Job location: Gurgaon, Mumbai

Desired Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in Website Development/Testing

Target Batch Pass-out: 2013-2015

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA – 3 LPA (depending on the candidate's experience and performance in interview)

Course Specialization: BE/BTECH, ME/MTECH (CS/IT)

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description: 

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases

- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools

- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

- Monitor debugging process results

- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

- Willingness to try new technological innovation

- Candidate should be passionate, hard-working, wanting to learn something new and excited about -getting the unique experience of putting in place the building blocks of a new company. .

Skills required:

- 1-3 years of Experience in Website development

- Should have ability to code website/app

- Knowledge of Oops, Software Testing, Debugging, creating corner test cases

- Should be open to traveling to Gurgaon
