Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- We’re looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with high attention to detail to join our team.

- Support operations team to ensure seamless reviewal and verification of missions.
- Responsible for driving quality for client missions including sampling of reports for errors and data entry.
- Customer support (workforce): Redress Player grievances efficiently in a timely manner and develop best practices around the same.
- Customer support (workforce): To provide speedy resolution to issues raised by the workforce.
- Proofread content on the app for accuracy.
- Extremely motivated, energetic, humble, patient, and hard-working having great attention to detail.
- Good written & spoken english.
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Most important - willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
