-Can handle a team of quality executives.

-Should have good understanding of Functional Testing,Regression Testing,Black Box Testing

-Should have worked on Manual Testing.

-Can coordinate with the development team for any shortfall.

-Should have worked on ASP.net, C#,Jquery Java etc
