Job Description:

-To accept the reports after checking the quality of reports.

-To maintain the quality of the reports received from the mystery auditors.

-Validate the report that sometimes involves interacting with mystery auditors. 

-Evaluate the mystery auditors on the basis of their reports.

-Continuous coordination with other staff members to maintain and develop the quality.

-Follow up with the project team and shoppers if required.

-Create guidelines for mystery auditors.

-Ensure that all scenarios are performed

-Suggest and recommend ways to improve the process and the systems.

-To update and modify the checklists

-Ensure that standards meet the actual and if there are any deviations then finding the reasons for the same and making corrections.

Skills Required:

-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Power point

-Knowledge of e-mail/scheduling software applications.

-Excellent Communication skills
