Determining whether the agents maintain a pre-determined and acceptable level.
Sharing feedback with executives.
Coaching and quality sessions.
Call calibration session.
Quality tips and briefing on process updates.
Develop and maintain quality reports-daily, weekly and monthly report.
Prepare quality related MIS.
Conducting training need analysis and prepare/execute the plan to close any gap.
Conducting process training for new hires, up skill training for existing /new products or refresher training.
Candidate must be comfortable with 24/7 shift.
Candidates with customer service/client relation/client servicing are preferred.
Should be quick and continous learner.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Must have strong written and oral abilities.
Experience in training delivery and manage content creations tasks and deliverable.
Good knowledge of microsoft office application.
Analytic and data driven decision making.
