Salary: INR 2.2 LPA - INR 5 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
- Selects,develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the QA function
- Provides guidance,training,coaching and work assignments for QA operational staff
- Provide expertise knowledge to operations to resolve floor issues or implement corrections
- Works with Quality management to address issues and identify trends that help to ensure compliance and fosters the development and implementation of process improvement within the organization
- Assists internal Quality Initiatives and internal Audits as required. Assists as needed with FDA inspections

Required Skills Set:
- Good Written & Verbal Communication skills (Fluency in English & Good Hindi speaking is mandatory) is a must
- Good Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills
- Hands on experience in auditing calls/emails/chats
- TNA experience
- Process improvement experience
- Drive overall CSAT of the organisation
