We build custom branded apps for small businesses so they can send news, alerts, photos, videos etc. to parents, take attendance, receive payments and perform other routine tasks, thus reducing paperwork and saving time. Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
- Communicate effectively with KinderTouch global team keeping everyone informed. Build strong relationships based on integrity and high performance work ethics.
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must exhibit a “can-do” attitude with high willingness to do what needs to get done.
- Implementation of security and data protection.
- Integration of data storage solutions.
- Strong code debugging as well as test case need to apply on existing code to make quality.
- Team player with verbal as well technical knowledge transferer.

Skillset:
- Candidate must have experience in Python is required, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (such as Django, Flask, etc)
- Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper).
- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc).
- Has done performance Analysis and optimization.
- Has experience with SQL and Relational databases.
- Strong unit test and debugging skills.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial, Jira or SVN).
- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
