Job Description and Skills Required: 

Responsible for all aspects of purchasing in accordance with hotel policy.

Carrying out all outide purchase activities diligently.

Good follow ups with the Vendors for timely material supplies.

Where required develop policy, formulate direction and strategy.

Undertake additional duties as requested by the Director of Finance and Purchase Manager.

Interview Process: Telephonic and face to face interview.
