Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Study RFQs. Prepare technical & commercial offers and compilation of required documents in compliance to the RFQ & submit offer/bid before due date.
2. Provide timely, quality & techno-commercially clear proposals to sales force.
3. Ensure proposal generation processes follow best proposal process.
4. Provide all necessary documents as per the checklist/RFQ requirement.
5. Make use of approved templates and formats.
6. Develop/improve quotation proposal template to ensure consistency in proposal standard and quality.
7. Make sure all the formats are filled accurately & necessary supporting documents are provided.
8. Handle techno-commercial queries of client on time.
9. Co-ordinate with vendors for bought out products.
10. Evaluate vendors offer technically as well as commercially.
11. Work closely with solution architect to ensure the proposed technical solution is appropriate, cost effective and complies with all the technical requirements.
12. Review the proposal with proposal manager and sales leader to deliver the proposal on time.
13. Liaises with different departments to manage the necessary inputs required for compiling the bid.
14. Preparation of Product Technical specifications.
