This covers all kind of Valuations, i.e., Mortgage, Loan against Property, Construction Finance, Stressed Assets, Financial Reporting, Statutory, Corporate Real Estate, Acquisition and Dispositions; Due Diligence and Audit of Real Estate projects including Physical, Technical / Lenders Engineering and Financial; Studies including Feasibility, Strategy & Market Research, PPP Projects and Policy.

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Developing financial models for Real estate projects by calculating IRR, MOC, NPV’s.
-Prepare and Finalize Corporate, Project Finance valuation reports for the financial institutions.
-Prepare & Circulate Monthly newsletters with inputs of New policies and real estate developments
-Responsible for project feasibility analysis / location analysis / financial analysis / city analysis / micro analysis / due diligence.
-Preparing Power Point Presentations, MS Word Reports based on the market intelligence, primary & secondary data in a structured, timely and comprehensive manner.
-Conducting detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of assigned research and consulting projects
-Analyzing and managing the assigned data gathering exercise with respect to periodical research reports on market dynamics
-To create /maintain excellent relationships with key clients be able to tailor pitch the product according to their requirements
-Prepare / Maintain the Retail and corporate Valuations database for the past projects done by the company.
