Roles and Responsibilities:
Check-in assistance via ground staff co-ordination.
Guest verification, registration operations via Call or whatsapp.
Guest checkout on call. Property verification via ground staff.
Coordinating housekeeping and deep cleaning activities.
Maintaining inventory of assets in the property.
Coordinating maintenance work via ground staff.
Approving owner?s and other service vendors monthly payment.
Owner?s account management and point-of-contact.
Guest Stay Assistance on call via House Book Building.
Offline Booking requests or guests?stay extensions or offline demand sources.


Education:

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBM, BBS, BCA, BMM, BMS
