Job Description: 

Supervising all construction activities as well as providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating with site management activities.

Preparing & updating database for accounting bill generation against materials.

Preparing Measurement sheet of project works.

Preparing of bar bending schedule.

Making of Interim Running Bill monthly & contractor bills.

Dealing with PMC and sanctioning the Monthly bills from them.

Preparing Daily Progress report, Labour progress & Machinery progress report, and sending it to client & Head Office.

Running work analysis on allocated duties performs within the given cast and time parameters.

Networking with architects/ consultants/ clients/ contractors to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials and based on the prevalent rules.

The job requires all india service liability.
