Desired Experience: 2+ years of experience as Project Officer.

Job Description:

- SharePoint Administrator

-Assist with RFP responses to Sales / Pre-Sales

-Assist with updating Methodology documents

-Assist with responses to requests from Sales / Pre-Sales

-Carry out document based reviews of projects

-Assist with creating Project Estimates, Project Scope documents & Project Plans

-Management of Timesheets

-Carry out compliance reviews of projects to ensure they subscribe to the laid down methodology

Skill Set Required:

- Experience in working within / or alongside IT or Systems based Project Management Teams

-Previous PMO experience required

-Understanding of the framework, principles, practices & tools of successful project management

-Good analytical skills to interpret data to identify risks, trends and/or good practices

-Third level qualification

-Highly Computer Literate

-Experience in Share Point

-Excellent knowledge in full suite of Microsoft Office products

-Good Communication Skills both Verbal & Written

-Good Presentation Skills

-Organised & Good Interpersonal Skills

-Excellent Time / Project Schedule Management

-Attention to detail

-Persuasive & Good Negotiator
