Job Description: 

The Project Manager will lead entire program of Jeevika - Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project in the state of Bihar.

He/She will review on an ongoing basis training program being offered and develop new programs/ activities as needs emerge.

He/She will be responsible for all activities pertaining to planning, organizing, operations, finance and human resource.

The Project Manager will inform the Head-Operations of the program issues, accomplishments and also seek his advice in various matters.

Skills Required: Recruitment, Planning and Implementation, Training Delivery, Placement, Reporting, Managing Finances, Leadership, Process Adherence.

Interview Process: Face to face interview.
