Job Description/Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of coordinating delivery of software projects on time, within budget and within scope. We expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp their needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between internal team and clients for the flawless execution of software integration projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and other third party stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive communication on email and software tools like Slack, Trello, JIRA, Asana, Zendesk

Job Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of software/IT project management experience.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good educational background, preferably in the field of computer science or engineering
- Good technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Proven experience in planning, execution, and implementation of high-quality software projects.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
