Job Description:

- Coordination with the clients over phone calls and emails

- Responsible for getting the web-store ready and take it Live, so responsible for overall project delivery

- Working in co-ordination with the HTML, Designers, go live team.

- Respond to business and technical issues from clients and resolves within agreed Service Level Agreements

- This role is a largely client-facing technical support role working towards deadlines and with fast turn-around-times and will also need to present technical solutions to nontechnical people as well as developers

- Responsible for Kartrocket panel training to the end users

- Responsible for managing multiple clients at a single time

- Business, technology and creative bent of mind

- Responsible for overall client satisfaction

Skills required:

-At-least 1-3 years of experience in a CRM and/or technical support role in e-commerce industry (specifically in online retail)

- Must be a technology savvy and must have experience with using a content management system

- Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and must be able to think on their feet

- Should be highly organized and project delivery oriented and should be able to handle day to day queries from clients by managing their own time efficiently

- Working collaboratively with the product development and sales team to ensure smooth customer handover

- Must be a logical thinker and a self-starter

- Must be excellent in excel

- Must be self-motivated and a good team player
