Job Description/Skills Required:

-To find innovative ways to meet the defined objectives of the initiative

-To rigorously drive the project with different stakeholders i.e. Sales, Servicing teams

-To draft and communicate with external customers and influence them for given action

-Strong engagement, communication, presentation and inter-personal skills

-Should have good documentation skills Word, Excel, Power Point

-Ability to work with big/emerging and established brands

-To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company

-To ensure systematic follow-up with the client

-Acting like a consultant for Catalog improvements for team as well as clients

-Should have knowledge about different Business Domains

-Achieving weekly targets & will be responsible to control fatal errors

-Good communication skills
