Skills and Responsibilities:
•You will be assisting the project coordination leads in management of various mobile & Web apps related projects. You will act as assistant to SPOC between client and internal teams. Take ownership of the success of projects and follow proper Standard operating procedures to get output from developers.
•Assist PC Lead in Developing goals and setting timelines for team members to achieve them.
•Assist PC in Planning out the entire work plan on how to achieve the goals.
•Assist PC to Monitor the progress of the team towards achieving the goals.
•Assist PC in Assignment coordination with team members and clients.
•Assist PC to Prepare and maintain project status reports.
•Communicate project status via meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
•Ensure projects are maintained on schedule and within budget.
•Manage change requests, as needed.
•Identify opportunities to add value to existing projects.
•Occasionally accompany team members to off-site client meetings & special events.
