Job Description:

-To handle at least two brands individually

-Send application mails to the Auditors.

-Search and select good Auditors from the database for different project.

-To send confirmation mails and assigning mystery audits.

-Monitors mystery shopping visits within the given projects and ensures that they are performed as scheduled

-Make sure that the report is submitted on time by the shoppers and all the required criteria are fulfilled.

-Follows up with any canceled visits and resolves evolving issues that is should maintain a list of back up shopper

-To train the Auditors for each and every scenario

-Prepares presentation materials for shoppers

-To do follow up with the auditors and accepting the audit reports

Skills Required:

-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Power point

-Knowledge of e-mail/scheduling software applications.

-Excellent Communication skills
