Job Description:

• As a Program Manager in SHL, you will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of all projects with different intricacies. You will oversee multiple projects aiding the resolution of customer issues, continuous Improvement and Process efficiency. You will also own the quality of Product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop milestone plans and track progress against them, proactively looking to overcome blockers and escalating to stakeholders when required
• Ensure timely and visibility of project status and key metrics
• Handle and communicate to complex stakeholder groups, balancing priorities
• Assist Production Support team by overseeing the resolution of customer issues
• Lead the Customer acceptance testing for the Product releases
• Proactively work to resolve issues, suggesting solutions
• Role includes hiring, training, and developing a highly qualified team with a focus on the customer experience, skills development, productivity, resource scheduling, employee morale, and team motivation.
• Need to understand SLA metrics and prioritization of issues on basis of the client priority.
• Manage escalation of critical customer issues.
• Act as a liaison between the Technology group and stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Commercial, Client-Support, and leadership teams to support, automate, and streamline processes.
• Setting individual goals for members of the team and looking over the performance feedback.

Skills Required:

• Experience handling multiple, varying sized projects with client facing accountability, under time constraints and rapidly changing priorities
• 5-10 years of Project/Program Management
• Must have strong written and Verbal communication
• Good to have Experience with Jira issue management, Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Agile methodology.
• Good to have: Experience communicating at all levels of a global organization
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple work streams, issues, and requests simultaneously.
