Profile Offered: Production Trainee

Job location: Delhi

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.E. in Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervision of the following process involve in the rapid test kit production.
Membrane Cutting, Pad cutting and device making.
Device coating, Device Printing and Sealing.
Conjugate spraying, Line Dispensing and Pad Spraying.
Assembling of card sheets.
Supervision of operations of all machines of rapid manufacturing in process and maintains their log book.
To prepare BMR & other relevant documents.
Supervision of work subordinate in respective area.
Responsible for reconciliation of material after completion of batch.
Responsible for daily production report preparation.
Responsible for monitoring the rejection at every stage.
Functional Reporting shall be as per Departmental organogram.
Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager/Seniors.
